TAPIOCA AND COCCO

Another particularly Brazilian flavor!

The "bun" originating from the Brazilian native populations, which later became a food staple for slaves in Brazil, soon became a fundamental ingredient of Brazilian cuisine, both in the Northeast and throughout the country.

Coming from cassava, tapioca is a great carbohydrate option for celiacs, as it does not contain gluten. It is also low in sodium, free of fat, rich in carbohydrates, and easy to digest!

This flavor is a special tribute to the Brazilian gastronomy. In it, we combine tapioca flakes and freshly grated coconut with our fiordilatte gelato, which is prepared exclusively with organic milk and Jersey cow's milk.

The result is a rich and creamy Brazilian flavor that highlights the consistency of the tapioca and the nutrients and good "fats" of the coconut pulp! 

It is also available in the lactose- and sugar-free version that is sweetened with natural stevia.
