Our gelato is prepared with fresh milk and has a delicate flavor that pleases even the most demanding palates. The good fats in nuts, such as omega 3, decrease bad cholesterol (LDL) in the arteries and make them highly nutritious. Among dried fruits, they are the ones that contain the most mineral salts (copper and zinc), which are essential to blood hemoglobin production.

Our exclusive recipe for this traditional Italian gelato brings the delicious flavor of Piemonte's famous hazelnuts, known as the best in the world, combined with fresh milk. In addition to being very nutritious, this gelato has a delicate, slightly sweet flavor, like the hazelnuts themselves. 

MATCHA

We opted for a Brazilian milk jam, which is made with 100% organic milk and is known for its milder flavor. The outcome of the mixture of Brazilian and Italian traditions is a creamy gelato with an incomparable flavor.
