Created in Bergamo, Italy, and also known in Brazil as flakes, Stracciatella is a smooth cream made by mixing fresh milk and chocolate chips. To enhance the traditional Italian flavor, our recipe is made with shaved chips of pure Belgian semisweet chocolate.
