Ginger is a root that originated in Asia and is used in both food and medicine. With its characteristic spicy flavor, it is renowned for its decongestant properties and for speeding up metabolism. The combination of Chocolate Gelato with Ginger is a must. We were able to achieve a creamy consistency that is both healthy and refreshing.

CIOCCOLATO ZERO LATTE
Famous for its antidepressant and invigorating properties, chocolate is a true elixir of good mood and an excellent aphrodisiac. Rich in antioxidants, it is a great ally to ward off aging and daily stress. Magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins E, B1 and B2 make it the best food to fight fatigue and tiredness. We recommend some chocolate for sports people and for those who lead an active and busy life.
For all these reasons, and for its intense, unique flavor that is so pleasing, we have prepared a milk-free variation dedicated to chocoholics who suffer from lactose intolerance or, by choice, prefer pure chocolate.
We select cocoa beans from the regions in the world that are the most specialized in this crop: The fantastic cocoa from Brazil, of course, and from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
Our recipe calls only for 100% pure chocolate, cocoa, water, and a little sugar.
CUPUAÇU
Originating from the Amazon, the native Brazilian people have long known Cupuaçu for its unique flavor and scent, as well as its high nutritional value. In addition to its traditional use in cooking and as a remedy for abdominal pain, Cupuaçu is now used in cosmetics as well. This 100% natural gelato is made by taking advantage of the creaminess of the fruit without adding any preservatives or lactose.
Cupuaçu season: January, June, and July
CAMBUCI
Originally from the Atlantic Forest, the fruit got its name from its shape, which resembles an indigenous ceramic pot. A green, rounded fruit, Cambuci can be a valuable ally for those who have glucose problems. Our quest to offer delicious and diverse local flavors through the Italian tradition of gelato is exemplified by this sour, little known fruit that comes from the same family as jabuticaba and guava.
CAJU (CASHEW)
There is no way not to love this amazing Brazilian fruit. Vinicius de Moraes even wrote a sonnet about it:
A fruit that stains,
Always biting,
Constantly plumb.
I love to see it clinging to the cashew tree,
By the sea, copulating with the branch
The brutal chestnut even seems to stretch it..."
To preserve the properties of the cashew, the only accessory fruit native to Brazil and introduced to Asia by the Portuguese, our gelato is always 100% natural. It contains only water and fresh fruit, is gluten-free, and has no hydrogenated fats or artificial ingredients.
Cashew has a more vitamin C in it than oranges. It is also rich in Calcium, Selenium, Phosphorus, Iron, and much more. Cashew juice offers many benefits when it comes to exercising, including helping to burn calories, keeping the body nourished, and improving performance!
Cashew season: September and October
AVOCADO
Avocados contain the highest levels of vitamin A of any fruit, and to top it all off, they are also delicious and naturally creamy. Used in cooking for both sweet and savory dishes, and even in cosmetics thanks to the high concentration of fat in its seeds, avocado is very versatile, healthy, and tasty. Combining the Italian tradition with the South American flavor of the fruit, we arrived at a natural, 100% exclusive, and well beyond delicious recipe.
Avocado season: Year-round for several species, except December.
