LIMONE

Its intense and refreshing scent brings memories and colors of the Mediterranean. It is impossible for an Italian not to associate it with Sicily and its refreshing and delicious granita, with the Amalfi Coast and its golden lemon gardens seen from the sea, or with the fresh and intense flavor of Limoncello (liqueur made with this fruit).

Perhaps the most versatile of all fruits, it is impossible to know when man first became acquainted with lemons, but early Egyptian stories already made clear its culinary value and importance as a remedy for colds, considering its high concentration of vitamin C. In addition, lemon helps to reduce stomach acidity and improve the functioning of the digestive system.

A refreshing flavor and an intense perfume of the best Sicilian lemons are the "natural" protagonists of our recipe, which only uses water and a little sugar; no artificial emulsifiers, food coloring, or preservatives.

Lemon season: April, May, August, October, and November.

LAMPONE

Originally from Europe, Raspberry is related to roses and prefers cold environments. That is why we use fruits imported from Chile to prepare our gelato. Like most red fruits, it contains tannin, a powerful antioxidant that accounts for that delicious astringent feeling it brings. Additionally, it is also rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, and C, and is known for its power as pain reliever. When making our gelato, we follow the traditional Italian recipe, using only natural ingredients and selected fruits, thus enhancing the properties and delicate and unmistakable flavor of Raspberry.

Raspberry season: December.

KIWI WITH BANANA

Refreshing kiwis and sweet and tasty bananas are the protagonists of this unique flavor. Created for the first time in 2009, just like in Italy, this Gelato has become quite popular among our Brazilian regulars. And, in addition to the flavor, the combination of these two fruits provides the intake of vitamins, copper, and iron that help maintain health by improving the immune system. And there is more! Both are rich in potassium, which helps those who practice sports. Banana is also famous for its high magnesium content, which seems to contribute to improving mood and sleep quality.

Kiwi season: March, April, May, June, August, September, and December.

Banana season: March, April, May, September, October, and November.

JABUTICABA

We love this extraordinary Brazilian fruit, which comes straight from the farm!

Jabuticaba is extremely low in fat and calories, it is a rich source of vitamins C and E, folic acid, minerals, and it has several amino acids and fatty acids in it.

Recent studies have shown that its skin is rich in dietary fiber, which has potent antioxidant properties.

To preserve all these qualities, we prepare our Gelato au naturel, blending the fruit together with its skin. We only add water and minimal amounts of unrefined sugar, since jabuticabas are already rich in fructose.

100% flavor - 0% animal ingredients, 0% preservatives, 0% gluten, hydrogenated fats, and artificial ingredients.

Jabuticaba season: September

GOIABA (GUAVA)

It may seem surprising, but the classic Italian gelato recipe pairs perfectly with the very Brazilian flavor of guava. In addition to being a source of vitamins A, B, and C, as well as being used as a natural remedy for nausea, conjunctivitis, and coughs, it is also a pain reliever that can be used even for toothaches. With a thin rind and a delicate filling, the refined taste of Guava gets an extra touch in our 100% natural gelato.

Guava season: January, February, and March.

FRAGOLA (STRAWBERRY)

Strawberries are native to Europe and prefer cold climates. They have a high concentration of vitamin C and antioxidants and are low in calories. Known for its red color, its striking aroma, and its slightly acidic flavor, this berry is among the most popular in the world and, precisely for this reason, its gelato deserves exceptional care. To keep the added sugar to a minimum, what matters most is selecting the best strawberries, always ripe and in season. A genuine, delicious, and super healthy Italian gelato.

Strawberry season: July and August.

FICHI

Fig trees were among the first plants cultivated by man. In fact, even the Bible talks about the legendary fig leaf in the Adam and Eve story.

In addition to being delicious, figs are also especially nutritious, rich in fiber, minerals, potassium, and antioxidants.

Try the best figs in the region prepared by our Master Gelataio: Just like our other fruit flavors, we only have seasonal fruits, water, and minimal amounts of sugar in our recipe.

Fig season: January, February, March, April, and December.
